Need help with your RunTru system? Tell us what’s going on, look at repair or replacement choices, or set up maintenance with HVAC Remedies.

Know your equipment

RunTru equipment and homeowner resources

RunTru is backed by Trane and offers different kinds of home heating and cooling equipment. They got regular central systems and ductless options too. When you need service or a replacement for RunTru, make sure you know which type you got, since the controls and setup are different. Just because the brands are related doesn’t mean all the parts will work together.

Let us know if your system heats or cools the whole house through ducts or uses separate indoor units. Have the model numbers for both parts of your system ready, plus any messages from your thermostat or remote.

Equipment to identify: Air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, packaged units, and ductless systems.

Pick the right next step

A service visit starts with the problem.

Repair

Tell us what your system is doing, what the thermostat says, and when the issue started. We'll figure out the cause before suggesting a fix.

Maintenance

Talk about airflow, filter care, drainage, and how it runs through the seasons. Mention any leaks before, noises, or rooms that just can't stay comfortable.

Replacement planning

Compare how your current equipment is doing with what your home needs to feel good. Make sure the system is the right size, the parts work together, and the install plan fits.

Manufacturer resources

Use the official info for your model.

Check the equipment model, serial number, install date, and registration papers before looking at coverage. A manufacturer link doesn't mean a repair, replacement part, or labor is covered. Double-check the terms that apply to your equipment.

For help from the manufacturer, use the company contact below. Have your equipment or part’s model, serial number, when you bought or installed it, and proof of purchase ready. What’s covered and how to file a claim depends on the product’s terms.
