MRCOOL AC and heating service.

Need help with your MRCOOL system? Tell us what’s going on, check out repair versus replacement, or set up some maintenance with HVAC Remedies.

Know your equipment

MRCOOL equipment and homeowner resources

MRCOOL got a few different heating and cooling lines, including those DIY mini-split systems. Before you talk service, figure out how it was installed and which product generation you got. Just ‘cause it says DIY don’t mean every fix is for the homeowner. Electrical work, refrigerant stuff, and compatibility questions all gotta follow the rules for your specific model and setup.

If you know the full product generation and model numbers, go ahead and share those. Let us know who put in the system, how the lines are hooked up, and what symptom or alert popped up, but don’t disconnect any lines or open up any electrical boxes.

Equipment to identify: Mini-split heating and cooling systems and other home HVAC products.

Replacement planning

Manufacturer resources

Use the official info for your model.

Check the equipment model, serial number, install date, and registration papers before looking at coverage. A manufacturer link doesn't mean a repair, replacement part, or labor is covered. Double-check the terms that apply to your equipment.

For help from the manufacturer, use the company contact below. Have your equipment or part’s model, serial number, when you bought or installed it, and proof of purchase ready. What’s covered and how to file a claim depends on the product’s terms.
