Need some help with your Mitsubishi Electric system? Tell us what’s going on, check out repair versus replacement, or set up some maintenance with HVAC Remedies.
Know your equipment
Mitsubishi Electric got heat-pump systems with both ductless and ducted indoor options. One outdoor unit can run a few indoor units, so if one room ain’t comfortable, that don’t always mean the whole setup is down. Which zone’s acting up, how the controller set, and the exact indoor and outdoor models all help figure out what’s going on. Make sure you save any fault message you see before you reset the controls.
List which indoor units got issues and if the other zones still working. Let us know the outdoor model, the indoor model that’s acting up, and any info from the controller or remote.
Equipment to identify: Ductless and ducted heat-pump systems and zoned indoor units.
Manufacturer resources
Check the equipment model, serial number, install date, and registration papers before looking at coverage. A manufacturer link doesn't mean a repair, replacement part, or labor is covered. Double-check the terms that apply to your equipment.
For help from the manufacturer, use the company contact below. Have your equipment or part’s model, serial number, when you bought or installed it, and proof of purchase ready. What’s covered and how to file a claim depends on the product’s terms.
