Need help with your Coleman system? Tell us what’s going on, look at repair versus replacement, or set up maintenance with HVAC Remedies.
Know your equipment
Coleman makes split-system air conditioners for homes. That’s a different product line from the Coleman-Mach stuff made for RVs. If you’re asking about a Coleman system in your house, make sure to give the residential equipment model so your request goes to the right place. Just because you have an old brochure doesn’t mean that same model is still around today.
Say the equipment is set up in a home and share the rating label you can get to. Let us know if the indoor blower is running, if the outdoor unit kicks on, and when you first noticed the problem.
Equipment to identify: Home central air conditioning and heating equipment.
Manufacturer resources
Check the equipment model, serial number, install date, and registration papers before looking at coverage. A manufacturer link doesn't mean a repair, replacement part, or labor is covered. Double-check the terms that apply to your equipment.
For help from the manufacturer, use the company contact below. Have your equipment or part’s model, serial number, when you bought or installed it, and proof of purchase ready. What’s covered and how to file a claim depends on the product’s terms.
