Repair
Tell us what the system does, what the thermostat displays, and when the problem began. An assessment establishes the cause before a repair recommendation.

Know your equipment
GREE Comfort offers mini-split systems as well as central air and packaged product lines. Its FLEXX central equipment differs from a wall-mounted mini-split installation, so a homeowner should identify the system type before discussing repair or replacement. Product and refrigerant requirements vary by model. Current product specifications should not be applied automatically to an older GREE unit already installed.
Tell us whether the equipment connects to ducts or individual indoor units. Include model-label photos and describe which zones or rooms are affected, along with any displayed fault information.
Equipment to identify: Single-zone and multi-zone mini-splits, central air systems, and packaged equipment.
Manufacturer resources
Check the equipment model, serial number, installation date, and registration documents before reviewing coverage. A manufacturer link does not establish that a repair, replacement part, or labor charge is covered. Confirm the applicable terms for your equipment.
For manufacturer support, use the company contact resource below. Have your equipment or component model, serial number, purchase or installation date, and proof of purchase ready. Coverage and claims procedures depend on the applicable product terms.
